- Social Constructions of the Gender Wage Gap among Female Employees in the RMG Industries of Bangladesh (2026) · doi
This research has some drawbacks despite its valuable insights. First, the sample size is limited, and the focus is solely on female workers; thus, the findings may not reflect the perspectives of employers, policymakers, and male workers. This limitation may constrain understanding of the structural and institutional aspects of female pay differences. Therefore, for broader generalisation, additional research with a larger, more diverse sample is suggested. Additionally, the present study employed only qualitative methodology, since the incorporation of quantitative analysis could yield a more comprehensive examination of the topic. 718 Ianna Journal of Interdisciplinary Studies, Vol. 8, No. 2 (June 2026).
