  Acknowledgments While this study provides a comprehensive economic assessment of agroecological transition, the social health, and environmental aspects were explored qualitatively and not quantified. Future studies could focus on quantifying the environmental, social, and health impacts of agroecological interventions as well as expanding such analyses to other value chains. This will strengthen generalizability and provide more targeted guidance for policy, investment, and sus- tainable food systems development.
