The results confirm that digitalization opens a wealth of opportunities for Bulgarian SMEs, including but not limited to access to markets, business processes optimization, data-driven decision-making, and greater transparency in relations with stakeholders. In the future, further work on industry specific digitalisation strategies and exploring the contribution of digital entrepreneurship for innovation and resilience is needed.
