Application of the research 1. Integration of SAQ in Taekwondo Clubs: Coaches in youth Taekwondo clubs should integrate Speed, Agility, and Quickness (SAQ) training 2–3 times per week into regular practice sessions. The program has been proven to enhance kicking skills across all five techniques (Front, Side, Push, Hook, Downward kick). 2. Skill-Specific Emphasis: For Push kick, coaches should incorporate progressive overload strategies to avoid plateaus in performance. For Hook kick, situational drills, rhythm- based exercises, and core–hip stability training should be emphasized, as these skills show improvement mainly in later phases of training.
