Arising from recommended: the findings, the following are agencies i. The Nigerian Meteorological Agency and agricultural should extension strengthen climate monitoring systems and improve the timely dissemination of seasonal rainfall and temperature forecasts to farmers in Gwagwalada Area Council, given the demonstrated divergence rainfall and temperature trends across the upper, middle and lower zones. in ii. Agricultural extension services should assist farmers in aligning planting calendars with the onset and seasonal distribution of rainfall specific to their zone, rather than applying a uniform planting recommendation across the Area Council. iii.
