3 Suggestions for Further Research Based on the above concluded study, empirical gaps emerged that need to be addressed in future studies; therefore, the following studies are recommended for future research; Future research should explore the dynamics of project communication in climate change adaptation projects beyond the county-level context. Future research could focus on integrating participatory decision-making, adaptive learning, and real-time risk assessment tools to evaluate how decision frameworks influence project resilience, stakeholder alignment, and outcome predictability across varied governance settings. Future studies could explore strategies for strengthening participatory monitoring, transparent reporting, and structured coordination among diverse stakeholders.
