We ran the recommender against 46 real papers whose actual publication venue is known, across 10 disciplines, and measured how often the true venue appears in our top results:
- True venue in our top 5: 54.3% overall; in our top 10: 67.4%.
- Strongest fields are chemistry (4 of 4 papers in the top 5), physics and engineering (3 of 4 each) — but those cells hold only four papers, so read them as a direction, not a rate.
- Weakest are earth science (1 of 4 in the top 5), psychology (2 of 5) and medicine (4 of 9) — we flag this openly rather than quoting only the fields that flatter us.
- TR-Dizin subset (6 Turkish-indexed venues): 4 of 6 in the top 5 — the regional long tail that larger indexes tend to miss.
