What the literature leaves open
Conclusion technology This study investigated how inclusive design, multichannel accessibility, and alternative format availability, together the Technology Factors construct, affect digital inclusion in Kenyan e‑justice for persons with disabilities. Findings show factors have a positive, statistically significant impact on digital inclusion (β = 0.556, R² = 0.310, p < 0.001). Multichannel accessibility was the most influential (β = 0.776), followed by inclusive design (β = 0.720) and alternative formats (β = 0.717). However, consistent qualitative implementation gap: architectural features do not always translate into functional accessibility. The principal conclusion is that technology alone is necessary but insufficient for inclusive e‑justice.

However, what remains unknown at this writing is whether a requirement for researchers and authors to provide AltText has an impact on experienced accessibility for vision-impaired readers and other users of text-to-speech technology.
To fill this gap in the literature, this review paper reports on the current state of the accessibility of PDF documents, digital libraries, assistive technologies, tools, and frameworks that make PDF tables comprehensible and accessible to blind and visually impaired people.
In the process of analysis, the author also identifies six types of problems: lack of standards; tradeoff between using explicit Help and implicit help; tradeoff between using general Help versus specific Help; lack of interactive Help features; lack of dynamic presentation styles; and lack of Help features for advanced users and users who do not understand English.

However, corridor widths remain insufficient at specific bottleneck points. 1 Observations suggest that current measures are insufficient to guarantee accessibility for disabled individuals at on-campus ATMs.
This suggests that future research should consider emphasiz- ing the development of hybrid approaches - combining standardized testing procedures with user-centered perspectives - while also adapting tools to the diverse needs of both public and private sector institutions.

Web accessibility is not limited to the implementation of technical criteria; it is also associated with users’ ability to perceive and interpret focal points through the fundamental principles of visual and cognitive psychology.
Future research should consider a poly-vocal approach that includes the experiences of numerous stakeholders to holistically advance marketplace accessibility; and apply the marketplace accessibility findings upon different disabilities in other marketplace contexts.
The main limitations of this study are the absence of physically challenged people and the elderly in the research process, as well as cultural and linguistic differences.
