Accordingly, the voluntary educators who participated in the program were coded as Participant 1, Participant 2, and so on. 2.3. Procedure The present study aimed to equip Turkish and Muslim educators living abroad with pedagogical skills. In this regard, a training program was developed for candidates who provide educational services abroad and seek to enhance their knowledge, skills, and experience as trainers. The program was delivered to participants through both face-to-face and online sessions. Following the completion of the program, semi-structured interview forms and program evaluation forms developed by the researchers were administered to assess the program's effectiveness. 2.4. Data Collection Tools To evaluate the effectiveness of the training program, the researchers employed a program evaluation form and a semi-structured both developed specifically for this study. Prior to the evaluation, a training interview form, program suitable for the target audience was designed. The aim of the program was to equip Turkish and Muslim individuals living abroad—those currently working or intending to work in the field of religious and moral education—with pedagogical competencies. Definition of Program Objectives: Based on the needs analysis, the objectives of the program were identified, and the knowledge and skills participants needed to acquire were clearly defined. Content Development: The program content was designed to cover key educational concepts, teaching principles and methods, classroom management, educational psychology, instructional special education.

• Based on the findings, several recommendations are proposed. Teacher education programs should incorporate compulsory courses specifically focused on multicultural education, emphasizing both theoretical foundations and practical applications. Experiential learning opportunities, such as school-based practices in culturally diverse settings, should be expanded to strengthen pre-service teachers’ self-efficacy. Social studies textbooks and curricula should be revised to include more inclusive, pluralistic, and comparative perspectives. Additionally, professional development initiatives, collaboration with families and communities, and the development of culturally responsive teaching materials should be prioritized to support teachers in fostering inclusive and democratic classroom environments.

• This research was conducted with a single educational institution and a limited number of students. • Studies conducted with the participation of teachers from various branches can reveal differences in the self-efficacy and creativity fostering levels of teachers in different subject areas, thereby addressing the limitation of the current study.
